I understand NextPoint, LLC is not responsible for any software or data lost on my hard drive. I am responsible for backing up the data on the hard drive prior to shipping the unit to NextPoint,LLC for repair.
I understand that NextPoint is not responsible for keeping or returning defective parts that are replaced as part of the repair unless specifically requested by the customer prior to acceptance of our repair estimate.
I understand NextPoint, LLC is not responsible for any damage caused to my laptop during shipping to AND from our location. I understand that NextPoint, LLC will insure my laptop for $999.00 during return shipment and if additional insurance is desired, I am responsible for notifying NextPoint and covering the additional insurance expense.
I understand NextPoint, LLC charges a $7.50 Handling Fee to all orders and that I am responsible for shipping charges to and from NextPoint, LLC. We are more than happy to utilize your UPS account for shipping, however the $7.50 Handling Fee is still applicable and will be applied to your invoice total.
