Q. When CASH FOR LAPTOPS pays for shipping, how do I ship my laptop?
A. We will mail you packaging and a prepaid UPS shipping label. All you need to do is, to put your laptop in the package and adhere the label to the surface of the box. You will not be charged at the UPS drop-off location. The shipping cost will not be deducted from your payment check.

Q. I have sensitive information stored on my laptop's hard drive. Should I erase it myself?
A. We fully erase and reformat each and every hard disk we receive before processing a laptop any further
Q. How soon will I get my cash ?
A. We will mail your payment check the day after we receive your laptop at our facility.
Q. My laptop is in bad condition - it's falling apart. I don't think you'd want to buy it.
A. Sure we'll buy it! Let us know what kind of laptop you have.
Q. Do you also buy desktop computers or any other computer equipment ?
A. We buy only laptops manufactured after 2001.
